While working on the overall social development for the past three and a half decades, he has also galvanized his family business into a conglomerate. Today, Meghe Group owns several businesses in Banking, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Power, and Agriculture sectors.
As a part of his interests, he forayed into the IT industry and founded the company, Ceinsys Tech Ltd which is a pioneer in offering technology solutions for various domains under infrastructure projects and has contributed immensely to different sectors of the Indian economy. Currently, Mr. Meghe is the non-executive Chairman of Ceinsys Tech Ltd.

As a techno-commercial professional, Prashant has a progressive career of over 28 years which is characterized by significant accomplishments and increasing responsibilities. He has a proven track record in operations, finance, strategic marketing, business expansion, and new product development.
Post his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai, Prashant started his career in the year 1994 assuming a technical role in a large multinational corporation. Over the years, he has successfully enabled product & services companies to fulfill their growth imperatives both organically and inorganically through differentiated offerings that deliver value, entry into new markets, mergers, acquisitions, and alliances. He is also well known for building highly successful relationships with senior management decision-makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments. During her 28-year tenure with Govt of India, she served for 21 years with the Income Tax Department she served in various roles in Metro as well as non-Metro cities, but specialized in Investigation where she did long stints in Delhi and Mumbai.
On deputation, she first served with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) as its commissioner. This is an autonomous body responsible for creation of employment through promotion of rural entrepreneurship.
She also served a tenure as the Deputy Chairman of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT). After taking voluntary retirement, she commenced her journey of entrepreneurship, first by setting up a cutting-edge advisory service for PPPs (Private Public Partnerships) called Clear Maze Consulting Pvt Ltd and later also set up CMC Skills Pvt Ltd., a company engaged in implementation of skill development projects, customized to the needs of Industry.
She is also a part of the Board of Governors of IIM Lucknow.

He was previously Deputy CEO, managing business operations, delivery, strategy, sales & marketing at AllyGrow, and driving the technology roadmap for the company’s future.
A mechanical engineer with a master’s in marketing management from NMIMS, Mumbai, Vishal started his career in 1999 as an automotive R&D engineer with a multinational conglomerate. Prior to AllyGrow, he led the marketing & strategy function for a leading engineering services company. His role involved extensively working on analyzing the competitive landscape, defining the market entry strategy, branding, and defining the industry-specific service offerings. As a part of the strategic role, he was responsible for devising the corporate & business-level strategy along with driving its implementation across functions. Additionally, he was also responsible for developing & managing key accounts, entry into new geographies, and M&A.
AllyGrow forms an integral part of Ceinsys. AllyGrow’s expertise is in core engineering design, product development, smart manufacturing, and digitalization in the engineering services space. He takes the lead in managing and executing public sector projects. He promotes and has implemented the best industry practices with a thorough comprehension of the problems the government and public sector are facing.
Having worked with Ceinsys for over a decade, he has been fundamental in establishing notable partnerships with OEMs and in imagining and accomplishing cross-functional Federal and State projects in sectors like Roads and Highways, Agriculture, Smart Cities, Mining, DAQ and Railways. He laid the groundwork for the transportation team in 2016 and has further shown his capabilities as a leader who promotes growth while developing successful teams.
Before joining Ceinsys, Chandra has held multiple positions at AutoDesk Inc, United Brands Group, Dubai and Simplex Technologies. He has been invited to be on panels for policy mandates concerning LIDAR, RAMS, Geospatial Statewide Implementations and Friction measurements, and has been a member of the think tank of many companies.
