About the Client

A public-sector agency tasked with planning, developing, and overseeing high-value expressway infrastructure projects across diverse terrain, including tunnels and viaducts. The client sought a centralized digital platform to enhance end-to-end project visibility, streamline construction workflows, and ensure timely decision-making across stakeholders and contractors.

The Challenge

Large-scale expressway projects involve high complexity across land acquisition, construction, and operations—especially in hilly terrain with tunnels and viaducts. The client required a centralized digital solution to track engineering, procurement, and execution data across multiple phases, teams, and contractors. Manual tracking methods were delaying decision-making and inflating costs.

The Solution

We developed and deployed a Digital Project Management Platform (DPMP) combining GIS, BIM, ERP, and Analytics within a Common Data Environment (CDE) framework. Key components included a custom-built web application, real-time dashboards, 3D visualization, and integration with existing tools.
